Shipping Information

1) Processing Times

• Orders are verified and packed within 1–2 business days.
• Orders placed after 12:00 ET or on weekends/US holidays process the next business day.
• If an item requires additional verification, we’ll notify you via email.

2) United States Shipping

We ship from New York using reliable, trackable services.

• Economy: 3–5 business days
• Standard/Ground: 2–4 business days
• Expedited options: 1–2 business days (rates shown at checkout)
• PO Boxes and APO/FPO: shipped via USPS where applicable
• Signature may be required for high‑value shipments

Delivery windows begin once your order has shipped and exclude processing time. Weather or carrier capacity may cause rare delays.

3) International Shipping

• Tracked Priority: typically 5–12 business days
• Express: typically 2–6 business days
• Duties/VAT: may be charged by your country on arrival and are the recipient’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout
• We cannot declare lower values or mark shipments as gifts

4) Rates & Free Shipping

• Real‑time rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service.
• Occasional free‑shipping promotions may apply and will be clearly shown at checkout.

5) Tracking & Notifications

• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
• Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after label creation.
• For the latest status, use the carrier’s tracking page linked in your email.

6) Address Changes & Cancellations

• We can update addresses or cancel an order before it enters fulfillment. Contact support as soon as possible with your order number.
• After shipment, rerouting is limited and may not be available for all carriers/services.

7) Delivery Issues

• Marked delivered but missing: wait 24 hours, check with neighbors/building staff, and verify the address. Then contact us for assistance.
• In transit delays: we’ll coordinate with the carrier and keep you updated.
• Lost or damaged: please contact us within 7 days of the last scan or delivery notice. Keep all packaging for claims.

8) Split Shipments

Orders with multiple items may ship in more than one package. You’ll receive tracking for each package if this occurs.

9) Packaging

Each pair is bagged and boxed to protect fabric and trims during transit. We minimize excess packaging while keeping your order secure.

10) Holidays & Peak Periods

During major releases and holidays, processing and transit times can extend. The drop timer in our header indicates the next scheduled Thursday release window.
