Return eligibility
- Condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of odors, pet hair, and stains.
- Include: all original tags, labels, bags, accessories, and free gifts.
- Proof of purchase: order number or receipt email.
- Timeframe: request your return within 30 days of delivery.
Items returned outside these guidelines may be declined or subject to a partial refund.
How to start a return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and reason (fit, color, defect, wrong item, etc.).
- Receive your RMA and instructions. For US orders, we’ll send a prepaid label when applicable.
- Pack the item securely in original packaging if possible and remove/cover old labels.
- Ship within 7 days of label issuance. Keep your drop-off receipt.
- We’ll inspect within 1–3 business days of receipt and process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
- Method: issued to the original payment method only.
- Timing: 1–3 business days for inspection after delivery to us, then 3–5 business days for your bank to post.
- Deductions: US fit/preference returns have an $8 return label fee deducted. No fees for our mistakes or authenticity issues.
- Shipping fees: original shipping is non-refundable unless we made an error.
Exchanges
To reserve the size or color you want, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original item for a refund. If you prefer a direct exchange, contact us and we’ll hold the requested item for up to 5 days when available.
Non-returnable items
- Final sale items marked “Final Sale.”
- Underwear, socks, and face coverings.
- Gift cards and store credit.
- Items not in original condition (worn, washed, altered, odors, stains).
Return shipping
- United States: $8 prepaid label for fit/preference returns; we cover label costs for defects, wrong item, or authenticity concerns.
- Self-ship: you may use your own carrier; include tracking and your RMA inside the package.
- Packaging: use original polybag/box when possible. Avoid stuffing that can crease prints or patches.
International returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping and any import/export fees.
- Mark as “Return of goods” on customs documentation to avoid additional duties.
- Refunds exclude original shipping unless we made an error.
Authenticity guarantee
We authenticate every pair through source validation, construction details, tags, and season data. If authenticity is ever in doubt, we’ll cover the return fully and issue a prompt refund.
Policy FAQs
Do I need to keep the tags on?
Yes. Please keep all original tags and accessories attached. Removing tags may affect eligibility.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Photograph the outer box, shipping label, and the item itself immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We’ll take care of it.
How do I avoid a size-related return?
Use the exact garment measurements on each product page and compare with a pair you own. Focus on waist range, rise, thigh, inseam, and leg opening.
Can I refuse delivery?
If a package is refused or undeliverable, it will be processed as a return when it arrives back to us. Original shipping is not refundable unless we made an error.
