Return eligibility

Items returned outside these guidelines may be declined or subject to a partial refund.

How to start a return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason (fit, color, defect, wrong item, etc.).
  2. Receive your RMA and instructions. For US orders, we’ll send a prepaid label when applicable.
  3. Pack the item securely in original packaging if possible and remove/cover old labels.
  4. Ship within 7 days of label issuance. Keep your drop-off receipt.
  5. We’ll inspect within 1–3 business days of receipt and process your refund or exchange.
Tip: Include photos if reporting defects or packaging damage. This speeds up resolution.

Do I need to keep the tags on?

Yes. Please keep all original tags and accessories attached. Removing tags may affect eligibility.

What if my package arrives damaged?

Photograph the outer box, shipping label, and the item itself immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We’ll take care of it.

How do I avoid a size-related return?

Use the exact garment measurements on each product page and compare with a pair you own. Focus on waist range, rise, thigh, inseam, and leg opening.

Can I refuse delivery?

If a package is refused or undeliverable, it will be processed as a return when it arrives back to us. Original shipping is not refundable unless we made an error.
